The Richard Family Easter Bash was started in 1986 by Byron Richard. The event takes place every year the Saturday before Easter Sunday. It started as a small gathering to enjoy family and crawfish. Now, 32 years later the event has grown into a  large bash for friends and family alike to come together for music, fun, and crawfish! Over the years the crowds have grown and so have the costs to put on the bash.
